Shipping Information and Warranty Policies

Software and stopwatch shipping

In the United States, all products are shipped using US Postal Priority Mail, with 2 to 3-day business day delivery to the continental US. International orders will be shipped via US Postal Service International Air Mail. International orders normally require 5 to 10 business days, exclusive of customs inspection delays in the destination country. Priority Mail does not provide enroute tracking, but does provide delivery confirmation. At our option, signature confirmation may be specified for large value orders. International air mail orders do not have tracking information.

Courier or expedited shipment of any product may be made using the client FedEx, UPS or DHL account number, which should be provided with the order. PLEASE NOTE that use of a courier account does not replace the original shipping and handling fee ($9 in US or $17 International).


All training programs and stopwatches are warranteed. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it postage paid with all associated materials within 14 days of receipt for a refund or cancellation of credit card charges (less original shipping). In the case of a training program on CD-ROM, you must accompany the return with a letter on company letterhead specifying that you have removed the product from all computers. Stopwatch returns may be made for credit (less original shipping) within 14 days of receipt.

Stopwatches are warranted for one year from date of purchase in normal service. In the event of failure, the item should be returned postpaid for repair or replacement(at our option). The item will be returned postpaid after evaluation, repair and testing by our distributor.
